Ingredients
- 2 lbs Red Potatoes, rinsed well & quartered
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat oven to 375 degrees, and grease a deep casserole dish.
- Toss potato quarters in olive oil, garlic, & lemon juice, then add all ingredients to the casserole dish.
- Bake, covered for one hour.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes and serve immediately.
Ribeye Steaks
Ingredients
- 2 large Ribeye Steaks
- 1 large sweet onion, cut in half then into thin rings
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Allow steaks to marinate in Worcestershire sauce for at least one hour.
- While steaks are marinating, heat olive oil in a medium sauce pan on medium heat.
- Add garlic and then onion and 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, cover & saute for 25 minutes on low heat.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill steaks for 7 minutes on each side, on medium heat. Or cook until desired wellness.
- Serve immediately with red potatoes. Enjoy!
